BIOGRAPHY
Graduated with honors from Cagliari Faculty of Law, with a thesis in English entitled “Economic Freedom, Competitiveness and Administrative Simplification”.
In 2010-2011 he further studied International Public Law at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius under the LLP Erasmus program. In 2013 he went to John Marshall Law School in Chicago to research administrative simplification in the US federal system.
He worked for 18 months at the Cagliari Public Prosecutor’s Office, specifically on crimes against public administration and the environment.
He has collaborated with leading international studies in Italy and abroad.
He specializes in administrative litigation at the T.A.R. (Regional Administrative Court), sanction proceedings before ANAC (National Anti Corruption Auhority) and administrative liability proceedings at te Court of Auditors.
He has significant experience of requirements for participating in public tenders and self-cleaning measures to remedy serious professional misconduct. He regularly assists companies in verifying anomalous bids, terminating public contracts and enforcing guarantees.
He has been a member of the Cagliari Bar Association since September 2016.
