Attorney Alessandro Bonanni

BIOGRAPHY
During his professional career, he gained a solid and recognized experience in administrative litigation and consultancy in the field of public contracts, providing his assistance to private companies, institutions and subsidiaries also in important litigation and complex proceedings before the Authorities of the field.

He has developed a particular experience in the issues related to qualification for the participation in works, services and supplies tenders, the release of the SOA certification, and in the definition of best-practices to be observed to improve the chance of acquiring the contracts.

He also deepened the issues related to ethics, morality and legality, for the protection of the professional image, compliance with the rules and for the prevention of conduct that may prejudice the qualification, the company reputation and the relationship of trust between client and economic operator.

He is the author of numerous publications on public contracts, a lecturer of the professional training courses, advanced courses and university master courses, and a speaker in workshops and conferences. He is also a co-author of the volumes: “The assignment of credits by P.A.” (Giuffrè, Milan, 2015); “Commentary on the Code of Public Contracts of Works, Services and Supplies” (UTET, Turin, 2014); “Public procurement between European and national rules” (EGEA-Bocconi, Milan, 2012).

He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2008, and he is authorised to practise before the Higher Courts.
