He has obtained a Law degree within the “Luis Guido Carli” University of Rome and a second level Master degree as well, “House lawyers – construction field” within Dirextra High Education.
In 2008 he has collaborated with Cancrini-Piselli Associated Law Firm. While performing his professional activity therein, he has achieved a considerable experience regarding public procurement, acquiring experience in public contract assignment procedures, public procurement assignments within “special” sectors, negotiated procedure assignments, energy efficiency contracts as well as local public service management.
Legal agent responsible for consultancy regarding public contract law for the Legal Institute of Public Works.
Curator and responsible agent for the periodical drafting of the newsletter service for the Legal Institute of Public Works.
Editor of the Legislative and Legal Observatory of the Young Administrative Case Manager Association (Associzione Giovani Amministrativisti – AGAMM).
Speaker within numerous conferences and seminars and teacher within the High School of Administration of Internal Affairs (S.S.A.I.) and within the Legal Institute of Public Works.
