BIOGRAPHY
He graduated in Law with honors from the University «Roma Tre» in 2002. In 2006 he obtained the PhD in «Italian and European Civil Law – XVIII cycle» at the University «Roma Tre» with the thesis on «protection obligations».
He has been for years an expert of subject for the Chairs of «Civil Law» and «Private Law Institutions II» within the Faculty of Law at the University «Roma Tre».
He held the contracts for scientific and didactic collaboration for the teaching of Private Law Institutions II within the Faculty of Law at the University «Roma Tre».
After the legal practice at the Advocacy of the Municipality of Rome, in 2005 he passed the exam qualifying him to practise as a lawyer, and since 2006 he has been registered within the Bar Association of Rome.
He is a lawyer with competence in Civil law, Administrative law, Commercial law and Tax law.
Qualified to practise before the Superior Courts.
He has been a professor of the «Course of Family Law» within the Institute A. C. Jemolo of Rome and he has been an adviser to «Provinciattiva» S.p.A.
He is the author of various scientific publications related to Civil and Administrative Law.
