Attorney Daniele Bracci

BIOGRAPHY
Following a Law degree from Roma Tre University, with a thesis in Administrative Law, his internship at the Municipality of Rome Legal Office dealt with Administrative Law for town planning, construction and expropriation for public utility.
In 2008-2009 he attended the Specialized Course on Administrative Process at LUISS Guido Carli.

In 2009 he started with Cancrini-Piselli Associated Law Firm, where he was responsible for town planning, the environment and expropriation for public utility until 2014. He also consulted on awarding urbanisation works, PPP (Public Private Partnership) as well as structuring and managing complex administrative procedures to transform the territory and for urban regeneration.

Since 2015 he has been a partner at Piselli & Partners Law Firm and continues to deal with Administrative Law, specializing in public contracts, concessions and urban planning, both out-of-court and in litigation.

Daniele Bracci also regularly lectures in public contracts to the heads of the tender offices and contracting authorities, including Telemat, E.N.A.C., A.N.C.E. and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.
