After having obtained the law Master degree within Roma Tre University, debating a thesis regarding the administrative law, he has carried out the legal internship within Avvocatura del Comune di Roma, dealing mainly with administrative law issues within the urban planning field, housing and expropriations for the public utility. During the academic year 2008-2009, he has attended the “Specialized Course of the Administrative Process” within LUISS Guido Carli.
In 2009, he has begun his collaboration with Cancrini-Piselli Associated Law Firm, holding, until 2014, the position of responsible for the urban planning issues, the environment and the expropriations for the public utility. During such experience, he has specialized as well on advisory regarding public contract law, dealing mainly with issues related to assignment of urban planning works on deduction and to the use of Public Private Partnership within the school constructions, sports facilities and social housing fields.
Teacher and speaker within entities and companies (Istituto per il Credito Sportivo, A.N.C.E., ASTRAL, Bolzano Autonomous Province), he is an expert in structuring and managing complex administrative procedures aimed at transforming the territory and at urban regeneration by means of the use of negotiated and traditional urban planning tools, of the real estate funds and of the private-public partnerships, also with exchange of public properties.
He is registered with the Register of Lawyers in Rome.
