BIOGRAPHY
Graduated in Law with honors from La Sapienza University, Rome.
He has been a criminal lawyer in Rome since 2004 and an expert at the chair of Criminal Procedure of Prof. Alfredo Gaito at La Sapienza University since 2008. Since 2010 he has been Professor of Criminal Procedure in the Register of Teachers for the Specialist School for Legal Professions at La Sapienza University Rome, Law Faculty.
Member of the editorial staff for Archivio Penale journal directed by Prof. Avv. Alfredo Gaito, he has been Professor and Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Administration of Assets Confiscated from Organized Crime at La Sapienza University Rome since 2018.
Author of numerous professional publications in Italy and abroad, he is a member of the International Legal Forum of St. Petersburg and Counsel to Grata Law Firm International active in the Euro-Asian area.
