BIOGRAPHY
As a lawyer, expert in Public – Private Partnership and Project Financing, she cares for this area within the Administrative Department of the Law Firm.
Graduated in law within the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, registered within the Bar Association of Rome, she began her legal profession within the Studio Ristuccia & Tufarelli dealing with judicial and extrajudicial issues related both to civil law and to administrative and community law.
For 12 years she has been the member of the UTFP (Project Technical Finance Unit), the Task Force set up within the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to promote private financing of public infrastructure.
She carried out the legal assistance activities for central and local public Administrations for the implementation of public works and related services in Project Financing and Public – Private Partnership.
As an adviser to public administrations and private companies, she followed numerous projects and among the most important there are project financing operations in Italia, gaining significant experience in the areas of logistics, social and public building, transport and viability (underground railway), ports, cultural heritage, water resources, health, renewable energy sources.
For a few years she collaborated with Studio Legance – Avvocati Associati with the assignment to follow the legal advisory activity for the tenders for Consip A.p.A., and she directly provided the assistance within Consip for over a year.
She is a speaker in various Workshops and Conferences in the field of Project Financing and Public – Private Partnership as well as public contracts and cultural heritage.
She taught at some University Masters within the Higher School of Public Administration and public and private institutions.
She published numerous articles and contributions of doctrine in specialized journals in public contract and procurement as well as in newspapers of the branch.
