Graduated in March 2015 from the Faculty of Law of LUISS Guido Carli, Rome with honors and a special mention. Appointed an expert in criminal law, he was an assistant teaching at the University.
His PhD in Law and Business was awarded in 2020, with his paper ‘Economic crime in the Blockchain era – Criminal liability models and new protection needs’ evaluated as ‘research excellence with honors’. During his doctoral studies he specialized in criminal law concerning information technology and new technology law.
He carried out research in Zurich (UZH), on information security, especially on sanctions and regulatory compliance strategies.
In 2018, he qualified as an auditor of information security management systems (ISMS).
Since January 2019 he has worked with Piselli & Partners Law Firm, dealing mainly with Data Protection and Cyber Security.
He is the author of important contributions on corporate sanctions law.
